The Cleaner is advised not to lift heavy furniture or work at height, such as up a ladder, unless they feel they are able to do so without causing injury to themselves, or damage to your property.
If you give the Cleaner your keys, they are responsible for returning the Key(s) and should sign the ‘Client Key Form’ we email you.
Please Keep the Key Form as a receipt, for your key. It also gives you the Cleaners' details etc…
It is preferable for the Cleaner to have an accurate idea of the work you would like performed.
This can be either verbal or written.
We want you to be happy with your experience, so the more detail you can give the Cleaner about your requirements, the better!
The Cleaner will use Your Cleaning Products as they do not wish to bring in anything that may cause an allergy.
Should you have any minor, resolvable issues with the Cleaner, we have found it is best if you speak to them directly, however, if you do not wish to do so, or you feel uncomfortable, please do let us know and we will be more than happy to address any issues for you.
If you are unhappy with your cleaner, in general, please inform us and we will offer you a replacement.
It is not necessary for you to give us a reason for needing a replacement Cleaner if you so wish.
If you would like to stop using our services, only One Month’s Notice is required.
Please note that if you pay via a Standing Order, only You can stop a Standing Order.
If we receive any extra monies from you after expiry of Notice, then up to a £10 admin Fee may be applied to Each Payment received.

Please note that all warranties, conditions, and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from the agreement between you and us, but your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. Nothing excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to this, our total liability howsoever arising in connection with this letter, the provision of the cleaning services or the agreement between you and us shall be limited to £2,000,000 and we shall not be liable to you for any losses or claims for compensation which do not arise as a direct result of the provision of the cleaning services by us to you.
